Finding the Right Support for You

  Seeking help is an important step in your journey. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for a range of emotional, social and mental health concerns. However, there may be some issues that are best addressed by a psychologist or psychiatrist.  If you have a diagnosis of Bi-polar, BPD or autism, or if you are experiencing debilitating mood swings, extreme phobia/anxiety, eating disorders, severe depression or constant thoughts of self-harm, I encourage you to explore the therapeutic care of a psychologist.

Ofri offers online counselling support for clients all over Australia (NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia), while face to face counselling is available in Shellharbour NSW 2529.
